Craig joined EYC Companies as Vice President of Construction in 2004 and has served as Principal for Front Street Construction Services, EYC’s construction affiliate, since 2005. He has built or overseen the construction of every project that EYC Companies has developed.
Prior to joining the company, Craig built EYC’s first five multifamily projects as a Project Manager and later Vice President of Carocon Corporation, a general contractor based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Craig has built over 3,800 multifamily units and provided hands-on management of multifamily renovations, mixed use and build-to-suit retail, as well as roadway and site projects.
Craig manages the construction of EYC’s projects from conceptual design through product delivery providing valuable guidance on efficiencies that help eliminate typical “over-design” from traditional “top-down” development.
Craig has 35 years of construction experience. He holds unlimited commercial contractor licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia and Alabama, as well as a NASCLA Accredited Commercial General Contractor License.
