Originally from Orange County, California, Kendal made the move to Charleston in 2017, where she began working as an office manager at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. She then moved to Lee & Associates Charleston, where she spent two years as a property manager learning what makes buildings (and the people in them) tick. That hands-on experience set her up perfectly for her next move: nearly five years as a financial analyst at Lee & Associates, digging into the numbers behind commercial real estate and sharpening her skills in financial analysis and accounting.

Now with EYC Companies, Kendal brings that on-the-ground perspective to the development side, making sure every project pencils out from the first pro forma to the final punch list.
