One of the First Huntsville Area Rental Developments with Google Fiber
More than 100 people recently attended the festive ribbon cutting for Anthem Luxury Rental Homes, a joint project between The Kalikow Group, a fourth-generation, New York development and management firm based in Westbury, NY, and EYC Companies, with offices in Charleston and Raleigh, SC. Attendees celebrated the official opening of the 5,590 sq. ft. clubhouse and the first move-in ready cottage and apartment units.
The clubhouse is a sprawling Indoor/Outdoor Social Club with Kitchen & Lounges, a 1,000 sq. ft. Commercial Fitness Center, Heated Saltwater Pool, 24/7 Package Locker System, Private Micro Offices, Conference Room, and a Screened Porch. The residential units feature unique single-family cottages with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms that include private porches, backyards, and two-car garages. Luxury multifamily apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms include granite countertops, side-by-side refrigerators, and luxury vinyl plank flooring.
