Woodland Trail were the first new apartments built in LaGrange, GA in over two decades when they were completed in 2009. The area was concurrently seeing the construction of Kia’s first North American automobile plant. The project—consisting of 236 units—features 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments in three-story walk-up buildings.

The property was sold in 2015 for $22.8MM.
