Project Details

The South Terrace at Auburn apartments were some of the first luxury apartments built on the south side of Durham, North Carolina just a few miles from Research Triangle Park and Southpointe Mall. They consist of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom floor plans in three-story buildings. The property was sold in 2007 for $33MM.
