Project Details

Parkside Village Apartments were some of the first apartments built in Clayton, North Carolina. The first phase was 136-unit garden style apartments with 1, 2 and 3-bedroom floor plans in two-story buildings. The second phase was a for sale condominium project consisting of 24 units in three-story elevator buildings. The first phase property was sold in 2007 for $11.5MM.
