At the end of a quiet quarter-mile oak alley, EAGLEWOOD RETREAT is a for-sale community featuring 64 townhomes, single row homes and cottages just 6 miles from downtown Charleston. The traditional neighborhood design promotes community. The shallow setbacks bring the charming front porches and the palm-lined sidewalks closer. Amenities include: An open-air pavilion with a large stone fireplace, gas grills and a community kitchen, 3,000 sq. ft. pool deck with lowcountry trellis and landscaping ambience, and two picturesque water features.

Construction was complete in 2009 and the community was subsequently sold out.
