RICHMOND HILLS —70-unit multifamily rehabilitation– situated along the thriving Crabtree Valley commercial corridor in Raleigh–is less than one mile from the I-440 beltline and 5.5 miles from downtown. Built in 1971, we acquired the property in 2010 and self-performed an update renovation and lease-up. Over the same period we progressed through assemblage and rezoning to redevelop this and adjacent properties into a high-end mixed use residential development known as Crabtree North.

Both Richmond Hills and Crabtree North were sold for $6.2M in May 2021.
